Minimizing impact on its surroundings, the cavity and brick are securely interconnected with M6 bolts (50mm long). The NBR rubber seal offers temperature resistance between -34°C to +115°C, a material also used for standard machine design O-rings. Sufficient sealing is achieved by tightening these bolts. Prior to assembly, silicone sealant may be applied to the bolts. This solution does not require additional parts; it maintains draft angles and outer dimensions of the cavity as before. Additionally, wall thickness remains consistent across the component for even contraction during cooling. The brick mold requires minor adjustment for bolt hole placement. Enjoy!
