GE Quick Connect and Seal V2

To enhance V1, a stainless steel clip is now incorporated for secure compression of the block, resulting in faster assembly without curing delays. Off-the-shelf bathroom silicone sealant is used to attach the Block parts, with curing occurring post-assembly. We expect assembly completion within 60 seconds at a workstation. Molded parts can be used without further machining, and draft angles simplify mold design and part ejection. The stainless clip could feature a GE logo, reducing material usage. It handles 3 bar water pressure forces while maintaining acceptable deflection, ensuring O-Ring tolerance compliance. The design adheres to specified dimensions, allowing for easy disassembly by unhooking clips if necessary.
