GE Profile cooktop stove knob (WB03T10236). This design consists of two distinct components: the knob and shaft adapter. The shaft adapter is printed separately to allow the knob to be printed flat on the printer bed without requiring any supporting structure. The shaft fits snugly into the base of the knob, creating a tight press fit. To secure it permanently, glue can be used. The cooktop D-shaped shaft on my stove measures 6mm in diameter. Keep in mind that your stove may have a different shaft diameter, so you should design an adapter for the knob using TinkerCAD if necessary. I recommend printing the shaft and conducting a test fit on the stove before printing the knob. The supplied shaft adapter should fit tightly due to its close tolerances. I successfully printed this design on a Creality Ender 3 Pro using PLA filament with standard Cura settings. ABS may be a more suitable material due to its slightly higher heat tolerance. For anyone interested, I can provide my Fusion360 file of both parts.
