The new bracket design significantly reduces part volume by 77.61% compared to the original at 28.27 cubic inches. The simulation was conducted using ANSYS V13.0 software, featuring a fine mesh with an element size of 0.075 inches for accuracy. Relevance center and smoothing were set to high levels. The environmental temperature during testing was maintained at 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
