The topology optimization process led to an optimum material distribution, completing in 20 iterations for the bracket component. Unnecessary materials were removed from the original design. The optimization took 7 minutes and 50 seconds using a computer with Intel Core i5-2430M CPU and 6144 MB RAM. The new weight is calculated at 820 grams based on the mesh structure, which may change upon CAD redesign. Choosing the first load condition's result geometry due to highest stress results in static analysis. Displacement and stress results can be found in the pictures, with approximately 50% weight reduction achieved.
