GE Dish Washer Rinse Aid Gasket Shim

My nearly new rise aid dispenser was weeping and I couldn't figure out why. It turns out that the gasket was not thick enough and the rinse aid was leaking out when the door was up. I designed this shim to fit under my GE Dishwasher gasket to create a better seal, because why deal with a warranty replacement hassle? I purposely printed the shims in PLA to allow for softening and deformation to create a better seal. My rinse aid door has not leaked for the past year and if/when it does, I'll print another spacer. This is a simple gasket shim that fits UNDER your existing gasket. Scale up in the Z axis as needed or print multiple thin shims to stack.
