Vertices : 48780 Polygons : 97604 I work in a public street lighting company, where I have created a sealing for our products that successfully withstood a test dive to about 36 meters depth in the sea. However, plastic ABS, which we used as the main material, cracked due to its limitations. My experience using a seal with a simple profile and screw locking method (suitable for round objects) inspired me to design this product. For a good seal, it's essential to press it precisely and powerfully. The snap-fit method didn't seem suitable in my case, so I opted for M3 countersink screws for locking. Description: QUICK CONNECTOR & QUICK CONNECTOR CORNER I produced this component using the Die Casting (Aluminum) method for mass production due to its ease of forming simple geometries. It's lightweight yet strong, and it underwent tapping with M3 for locking purposes. The anti-rust coating process helps prevent rust from occurring. This Quick Connector serves to suppress and position the Brick below. By placing the component on both cut sections and amidst them, pressure is evenly applied to the SEAL underneath, minimizing leak possibilities during construction. Component Information: Brick No modifications have been made to this component (as it is the default). Seal Using the Rubber Injection Mold method with NBR material, I formed a simple geometry, resulting in a 5mm diameter circular profile. It mounts easily onto the Brick component, preventing it from slipping loose and thereby creating a more reliable seal. Cavity Created through injection mold process, maintaining the original specification. An added feature cradles the M3 Counter Sink head bolt, extending the molding's existing form for improved performance. GE CP 0 Easy installation and removal capabilities exist with no excessive width beyond 49 + 1 mm.
