GE CP 0 introduces a quick connector design that is simple and easy to use. The model was designed by Ridwan S and is available in various file formats including .SLDPRT, .SLDASM, .SLDDRW, .IGS, .OBJ, and .STL. The model consists of a "Brick," "Seal," "Cavity," and screw locking mechanism. It was designed for GrabCad's GE Quick Connect Challenge and inspired by Ridwan S's experience working in public street lighting. The sealing is made from ABS plastic, which has been tested to depths of 36 meters. The design features a simple profile with a screw locking mechanism using M3 countersink screws for secure fitting. The quick connector is lightweight but strong and coated with an anti-rust fluid. The "Brick" component positions the seal and reduces leakage risk. The "Seal" is made of NBR rubber and has a simple circular profile that easily attaches to the "Brick." The "Cavity" is created through injection molding and features a profile to cradle the head bolt.
