In my revised design, the bracket is now based on the initial entry 'GE-BRACKET-03' (also seen at GE Bracket - 03 - AJC). This new version fits perfectly within the original part envelope. The part features a top skinning with ribs below and a hexagonal infill to reduce weight and increase strength. Notably, this redesigned hex infill also meets the minimum wall thickness parameter. As a result, the material volume has been reduced to 46% of the original part, representing a significant 54% reduction in material usage.
