This model showcases six of the world's largest economies in 2014, with population on the x-axis, nominal GDP on the y-axis, and trade balance as a percentage of GDP on the z-axis. Blue denotes countries with a net export surplus, while red indicates those with a net import deficit. The y-axis is scaled exponentially, using values of 2, 4, 8, and 16. Nominal GDP figures are expressed in US dollars. A green cube represents the arithmetic mean of each country's population and GDP.
