In a post-apocalyptic world ravaged by nuclear war, humanity's last survivors embark on a perilous journey across the Moscow Metro system to reach the supposed safety of the east. The year is 2035, and the once-thriving metropolis lies in ruins, its streets littered with the remnants of civilization. As Artyom, a young metro dweller, navigates the treacherous tunnels and stations, he becomes embroiled in a conflict between rival factions vying for control. The fanatical followers of the Dark Ones, who worship the very forces that brought about humanity's downfall, seek to claim the Metro as their own. With his trusty revolver by his side, Artyom must use all his wits and cunning to outmaneuver his enemies and protect his people. Along the way, he encounters a diverse cast of characters, each with their own motivations and secrets. As Artyom delves deeper into the heart of the Metro, he uncovers a web of conspiracies and hidden agendas that threaten the very existence of humanity. Will he be able to overcome the odds and lead his people to safety, or will the darkness consume them all?
