This model is a conceptual design on the basis of the Grabcad team request. Module design counts with a transparent ceiling and one wall, where library is located, that also have an internal big clear glass. All the glazing area is double-walled style polycarbonate, from easy processing/manufacturing. Double walled glazing is an appropriate sound proof source without lightning reduction. Libraries could be from a simple style, or from a dust-free Thompson Style opening system with transparent door. Opaque areas were designed as a sandwich construction for sound proofing results, they could be made from wood, thermoplastic sheets or commercial grade aluminium, with a core material like thermoplastic foams, aluminium honeycomb or polyurethane foams, or simply a hollow space between two faces of plywood. Module counts with four (4) electrical-driven jacks for lift it for move from one place to other, by means of a lifter truck or other mechanical source. Module design have free space (below libraries) for air recycling/conditioning system installation too. If this model results selected by Grabcad, I’ll send the complete engineered model with all details (hinges, mechanisms, bolting, etc.) for its manufacture in order to materials that Grabcad decide to apply.
