I built my own skid plate for the GCM skeleton chassis using a bargain-priced Amazon transfer case. I drilled out the outer hole to allow a 3mm screw to slide straight through, which tightens securely into the center of the skid plate. The space provided accommodates the Traxxas ball ends on the TRX-4 perfectly, and my setup fit without any issues.
