This is a robust Gearbox engineered for precision with 2 stages. The first stage features a worm gear boasting an impressive ratio of 100:1, while the second stage boasts a high-performance spur gear with a ratio of 10:1. The gearbox's components are built to last with Gears made from durable Brass and Hardened Steel, ensuring optimal performance under heavy loads. The sleek Case is crafted from high-strength Aluminum 6061-T6, providing excellent durability and resistance to corrosion. Given an initial speed of 1000 RPM and a torque of 0.040 Nm, the gearbox's performance can be calculated as follows: Stage 1 (Worm Gear): With a gear ratio of 100:1, the output speed is a mere 10 RPM, while the torque increases to a significant 2 Nm, taking into account a 50% efficiency rate. Stage 2 (Spur Gear): This stage boasts an impressive gear ratio of 10:1, resulting in an output speed of just 1 RPM. The torque surges to a substantial 20 Nm, despite the 50% efficiency factor. The gearbox's installation is strategically positioned on the Z axle for optimal performance and reduced vibration.
