The Baltimore Node team took center stage tonight at The Greater Baltimore Tech Council's ( http://www.gbtechcouncil.org ) sold-out 22nd annual Tech Nite event. My partner Marty and I were honored to represent our organization, the Baltimore Node (www.baltimorenode.org), and create interactive 3D tokens as prizes for the Innovation Community Builders Award (http://www.gbtechcouncil.org/blog/index.php/2011/10/community-award-finalists-announced/) nominees. We faced a tight deadline: designing and printing four tokens in under two hours. With creativity sparked, we managed to bring our design concepts to life. Just moments after the presentation, however, our designs came into focus and were completed as 3D models which were printed on site with high resolution to ensure detail and finish during this busy Tech Nite event tonight.
