GBP Battery Cover Replacement
prusaprinters
A battery cover replacement for the Game Boy Pocket. This design is by me, inspired by Wurmatron's battery cover design. I used Alibre Atom3D for the design and included the original design file in the GBP Battery Cover_Alibre.zip file.I created this with the intention of improving on Wurmatron's design by:adding the tabs for the back of the battery cover so the battery door will stay in placeintroducing a finding feature to the clip to aid in assembly during the glue upchanged the alignment of the clip so the thumb tab sits flush with the battery cover. This helps with gluing, since the clip and cover can both lay flat on the table while drying and the clip now sits flush with the GBP's shell. The overhangs are designed to print without supports. I have supplied .3mf files for both Prusa Slicer and Orca Slicer.I recommend printing this at 100% infill with no brim at 0.20 mm layer height in PLA.After printing, use CA glue to assemble.
