Designed this custom button replacement for the GBA Console. Employing it allows me to print the button in high clarity so the LED shines brightly on it. Aesthetically pleasing! You might consider adding a shrink tube to the end of your LED, then cutting out a square shape to direct the light out the side and limit the amount that goes through the shell of the Console. I printed mine at 0.12 layer height with 100% infill.
