I designed my GB22 V7 so the barrel can handle more force from the slamming of the slide into it. The frame area where the barrel fits is very tight and almost fused together during printing, but with a razor I was able to loosen it enough that the top and bottom spring ends separated allowing me to get the barrel on. Just don't forget to put the slide and its rubber band in first - or the spring that goes into the hole in the slide.
