Gazelle Power Supply Batter Charger Enclosure
thingiverse
The plug of the AC cable on my battery charger was broken, so I soldered it directly to the connection pins on the PCB. The enclosure isn't watertight and can't even withstand a splash of water. I'm warning you: if you try to work with electronics or modify equipment, you're responsible for any changes - and that includes messing around with PCBs. Only trained people should attempt this kind of thing. To secure the base part and cap, use the snap-function. However, I recommend also attaching two M3 screws for extra stability. The cable needs to be fixed with hot-glue and a cable tie - check out the picture for reference. I'm not sure if this enclosure would work for other chargers, but it did the trick for mine: Article Number 993002100, Model BSA4300200.
