Gazebo Garden Mascot
thingiverse
Original 2d design by Josh Ellingson https://ellingson.tv/ This model is a 3d version of the Open Robotics mascot for the Gazebo Garden release. It's a print-in-place model with articulated legs and claws. The print has 3 pieces. The main body, the roof, and the antenna. The roof slots onto the body and the antenna is attached via a piece of filament. These can all be printed with standard settings. I used a 0.4mm nozzle at .2mm layer heights and 20% infill with a raft. No supports are needed for this print. The models labeled "mini" are a half scale version of the model with modified geometry for less thin parts. I'd recommend using thinner layer heights. .12 worked well for me and printing on a raft is probably a good idea as well.
