Gazebo Frame Work - Makeshift Paint Booth
thingiverse
After searching for a long time, I finally found parts to make a makeshift paint booth, but designs were falling short, so I put together a group of parts to build a temporary paint booth/gazebo. This DIY project is designed to work with 20mm electrical conduit, but from my experience, I would recommend using something a little sturdier if possible. Any normal hardware store should be able to provide some kind of sturdy conduit. As well as the conduit, I also brought some elastic cord and some tarpaulin sheets 2m x 6m. Both of these items can be purchased online with ease. The entire booth was 2m x 2m in size, but you can make it whatever size is suited for your needs. It may be worth shrinking it down to increase stability and prevent any accidents. Parts Needed to Create the Framework: * 8 base corner brackets * 3 top-mid brackets * 3 cross pipes * 1 centre piece (optional) - this can be used as a central piece to drain water down, reducing weight on top of the tarpaulin. You may need to modify your tarpaulin slightly for this purpose. * A lot of gazebo pins * 6 T-brackets You will also need to drill holes in the pipes if you want to secure them into the brackets and then finish with the gazebo pin to hold everything in place. This is my first post on this forum, so please don't hesitate to ask any questions.
