This Gazebo is a challenge to assemble. The arches are clear lacquer thinner glued back to back and then slid together to form the arch. Make certain they are at a perfect 90 degree to each other. Allow to dry. The lattices are also clear lacquer thinner glued back to back to produce a nice diamond lattice pattern. To form the lattices to a curve you will heat treat them in a common oven or toaster oven at 275 degrees, no higher. Wrap the lattice around a glass spaghetti sauce jar with parallel sides with rubber bands. Make sure the long edge is vertical, up and down on the jar. Make sure you turn off the oven first and then place your wrapped jar inside and let stand for one half hour until cool. Do this for the remaining three. Gently slide the lattices into the arch rail slots fully seating them to the interlocking corner and clear lacquer thinner glue.
