Gauss Gun 2
thingiverse
This ball launcher employs magnetic force and momentum preservation to propel ball bearings along rails, ultimately ejecting the last ball with a substantially increased speed. The latest design includes two adjustable rail sets for optimal angle operation, while a rear magnet ensures secure holding of the initial ball bearing. Despite difficulties in creating a three-stage launcher, the two-stage version still delivers enhanced velocity compared to its predecessor. To construct this model, acquire 6mm and three 12mm x3mm magnets for secure bracket placement without adhesive. A small 1mm magnet holds the first ball bearing in position.
