Gauntlet Thumb Armor & Mold
thingiverse
This is an OpenSCAD file that can generate a three part mold that you could use to make a forged carbon thumb for a gauntlet. You can also generate and print a thumb as well, but all 3d Printer filaments that I'm aware of would be unsafe to use in actual Lonsword sparring with steel to use the pre-generated STLs you need to mirror the lower half in your slicer so you have 2 of them and you'll need some bolts to clamp the halves together. the one STL of the result is so you can get an idea of what it will look like when you cast one (also you can use it to figure out the volume of the resultant solid) in this case it's like 22 cc if making a CF part that's 60/40 you'd need 18.48 g CF and 125% that in resin (it will squeeze out, this is more than needed) 23.1 g resin
