This is Go No Go style holder, a versatile tool designed for precision pin inspection. The main body can be printed twice and seamlessly connected using an adhesive to create a double-ended setup. Thorough testing has been conducted with PLA material at a layer height of 0.15mm. For optimal functionality, the pin itself must feature a snug sliding fit, taking into account material shrinkage by matching its size to that of the corresponding hole. A calibrated printer is essential for producing this model, ensuring it performs accurately. The collets, made with flexible materials, are engineered to accommodate metric equivalents as needed. This tool serves a crucial purpose in providing a reliable holder for pins used in hole size inspection. Pins inserted into the holder play a vital role in verifying clearances for shafts or final assembly of projects or products. Collet sizes included with the assembly cover a range of measurements: 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, 3/8, 7/16, and 1/2 inches.
