Currently, my script proficiency is insufficient in addressing the "solidifying profiles" challenge. An available script (http://www.zoo-logique.org/3D.Blender/zip/Vert2Face_0.3.zip) works well for meshes with fewer points; however, it has failed to complete tasks involving Blender's DXF conversions. This is frustrating. To counter this, I employ one of two tactics: 1) Get aggravated and remesh from scratch by tracing the profile through extrusion, pasting circular parts for curves, and frequently using alt-m, followed by click-click-click-FKEY for solidification. 2) Guide Blender to convert DXF splines into a unified profile, transform it into a mesh, remove double vertices, extrude curved areas, and merge the extruded tabs' points to reduce click-click-click-FKEY commands. The latter approach was used for this derivative.
