One reason I adore my makerbot is its ability to create useful items like a gate-stopping clip. With just the right amount of flexibility, it keeps the front gate from closing forcefully by fitting under its lip. Simply print and attach this clip to the post with self-tapping screws, eliminating the need for holding the gate open manually while juggling a pram.
