My front door's handle was getting a bit worn out from all the daily use, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and design something more durable. The wind had already taken its toll on my back porch, making it hard to keep things in place. Using a makeshift tool like a coat hanger just wasn't going to cut it anymore, so I took out my computer and started working on a better solution. Now that this new latch is printed and ready to go, maybe you'll be inspired to create something practical for yourself too.
