Hi everyone, this project is finally complete! You can check it out here: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/x224E. I used Blender for shaping the initial model and then refined the details in Sculptris. After that, I exported a copy back to Blender where I reduced the geometry. Next, I imported the low-poly version into Substance Painter and baked the normal and height maps from the high-poly to the low-poly mesh.
