The Rattling Gun is a six-barreled rotary machine gun with a very high rate of fire. the Gatling-style rotating barrel assembly allows for a surplus of firepower previously unthinkable by Skryre's Warlock Engineers. A clanrat or acolyte carries the warpstone generator that powers the weapon. When cranked to full charge, it allows the gunner to unleash an absolute cascade of warpstone-tipped bullets, leaving green tracers with every shot. Despite this immense level of firepower, the gun is often prone to malfunctions and overheating, with a chance of the weapon outright exploding and taking the team with it. Friendly fire is also common (and sometimes encouraged) as a warlord will order his Rattling Gun teams to fire directly into their engaged troops if it means taking a large number of the enemy with them. Though a relatively modern invention by Clan Skryre's standards, it has nonetheless become immensely popular. The engineers often joke that the Clan will run out of these guns well before they run out of customers to sell them to, as many warlords are eager to get their hands on even one of these devices.
