Gaslands Simple Gantry Gate
thingiverse
I designed this simple Gaslands gate as an exercise in creating a model with basic joints. Your printer won't require precise calibration, thanks to the generous joints I incorporated. The sign attachment clips onto the gantry for ease of assembly, although I'll continue refining this process. This design also allows you to add custom elements for a more post-apocalyptic look. For scale reference, I've included images with Hot Wheels cars nearby. **Update:** October 1, 2019 The basic gate model is named Gaslands_gate.stl, while the other files include various components and alternative signage options, including Start and Finish markers. The Gate_numbers.stl component fits seamlessly into the top of gate_top_numbered.stl, enabling you to create numbered gates from one to six. In the latest version of the gate base, I've added a directional arrow for enhanced visual appeal.
