I have a 14-inch folding bike from Excelvan. The gas grip is only the left half that can be turned, causing hand cramps over time if you want to fine-tune it (ride often with a dog). I wanted to replace it with a whole gas grip. You can buy affordable gas grips in China, but usually without a horn button and different cables, plugs, etc. I printed one half for the gas grip, which is attached with the turning part. TPU 58 Shore, no support structure needed. Infill 60%, 1.2mm wall thickness. In the half-grip, I glued it with Pattex, and filled the 2mm nut with UV glue. Now you can turn the entire grip and won't get hand cramps anymore. Maybe this will help someone else with the same problem.
