GASB One is the easiest printable flying wing, and it's been downloaded by over 30,000 people, making it the most printed RC plane in the world! The wingspan of this model is 80cm (31.5 inch). All the parts fit into a standard 3D printer (19x19x16cm work size). The key points of this design are: very few pieces to be printed (9), cheapness, easy assembly/disassembly/repairing (no glue), fast to print and good flier! History: On July 31st, 2016, over the field of GASB in Padulle, the flying wing version 4 flew. The first four takeoff attempts were spent finding the CG, which is located 145mm rear to the junction leading edges of the wings. As soon as the CG was found, the plane took off twice with beautiful flights. The final weight of version 4 was 334g with all (battery, motor, receiver etc.). The version 5 was a little heavier due to the increment of thickness to 0.32mm instead of 0.3mm, infill 3% instead of 2%, and canopy fixed by magnets. The weight increased, but the motor managed properly. It was downloaded by over 10K people. The version 6 had several improvements: 9g servos and internal structure into the wing (to print without infill). The current version 7 is a big step forward due to great suggestions from Marco67. The main improvement is that the model doesn't require glue, which means you can disassemble the plane and print just the damaged part. Also, the wings are solid, without internal structures, making it easier for beginners and allowing you to choose your favorite setup. The canopy no longer requires magnets. To help with balancing the plane, a longer front part is available.
