This 3D model was originally crafted with Sketchup 8 before being converted into all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp while 3dsmax scene renders on 3ds Max 2016, using Vray 3.00 to produce high-quality visuals. This is a fascinating blend of retail spaces - a gas station combined with a grocery store and deli. You'll quickly understand why so many parking spaces were included as the building is quite expansive. Located in Paulwall, one of three Sheetz sites within this city, there are a total of 14 fueling stations here, some equipped with car washes and even oil change lube garages. This particular location doesn't boast those features but Sheetz loyalists know that high-quality food made to order in mere minutes is always on tap via touch screens. As if that weren't enough, you can stock up on groceries as well. Despite its fast-food credentials, this establishment also doubles as a eatery with an outdoor seating area where you can sit and enjoy your meal while taking in the surrounding atmosphere - sadly, there are no tables to speak of indoors. Meanwhile, a stylish curved canopy encases the fueling station. A vast array of assets was painstakingly created for this scene, although it must be acknowledged that the generosity of Google saw the provision of some very valuable extras: table tops, gas pumps, wall lights, and dumpsters - greenery too was contributed by other talented artists. Due to a small glitch known as the geo-locator (a peculiarity that I'm yet to resolve) do not worry about its misleading signals.
