Gas Spore

This is a revised version of the Gas Spore by mz4250, with its original part being the top "mushrooms" sprouting from the creature's head. To make it fit more with the art found on Forgotten Realms, I decided to modify the design to be egg-shaped and slightly smaller in size. Additionally, I refined some of the lumps and added dangling tendrils below.
