By utilizing a lever assistance system, the rotation angle of the pedal was reduced to twice that of the sensor, enhancing user comfort. The design is easily manufacturable, and an ergonomic analysis was conducted. Parts 1 and 2 are bonded together with adhesive, while parts 3 and 4 have a press connection. Composed solely of plastic, the pedal weighs 610 grams; it can be designed in Catia.
