To replace broken knobs on my grill, which are unavailable, I measured an existing one and designed a matching replacement, approximately 2-1/2" in diameter at the base. For printing, use 3 perimeters for smooth fillets, 25% circle infill in KISSlicer, and 50% starting infill.
