A screw-on cap for plastic gasoline containers is designed with an open collar for spouts that are not included. The collar measures 1-1/2 inches in diameter, while the mouth of the container is 1-11/16 inches wide. The threads are four turns per inch (TPI). This design was created using Tinkercad at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/cIqARtgxurp. It was printed with PETG filament, but most commercial-grade caps are made from ABS plastic. The durability of different filaments when exposed to gasoline is unknown and should be tested by the user at their own risk.
