The phrase "Ganbatte" is a Japanese expression that means "Do your best" or "fight on". When combined with the "te" form, its meaning shifts from an encouraging phrase to an action being performed in real time. In this case, "Ganbatteimasu" translates loosely to "I'm barely holding it together after months of sleepless nights." I gave it a shot, despite not being very good at this sort of thing. The entire project took around 5 hours to complete. I struggled to categorize it as either a "vehicle" or a "gadget", so I ended up putting it under the umbrella term of "cultural heritage & history". Future generations will likely be amazed by how we used to lug around our ancient fuel sources.
