Gary the SnailBot Makezine Contest

The project I submitted for the contest on makezine.com/go/makerbot is named "Gary the SnailBot". Its two large wheels are independently controlled via a wireless device. The bot's components, made of colors available in MakerBot, are not part of a single build but assembled separately. To showcase the SnailBot, I uploaded a 360-degree view on YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jlnt-0So5HE) as I ran out of time to animate its assembly process. The white lights used for eyes enhance the snail features of the bot.
