The Gary Comer Youth Center in Chicago, Illinois stands as a model of contemporary design. Measuring 226 feet by 682 feet, the building boasts dimensions that reflect its urban landscape presence. Its architectural height reaches an impressive 39 feet, topped by a tower stretching 80 feet into the air. Notable exterior features include colored panels that predominantly exhibit blue and red hues, complemented by glass panels and a green roof that creates a visually appealing aesthetic. The entire building's exterior has been meticulously modeled, while the interior remains unrendered for now. The original 3D model was crafted using Sketchup before being transferred into 3ds Max 2015, where many of its objects underwent extensive renovation and cleaning. To achieve realistic visuals, Vray software was utilized in conjunction with an HDRI sky texture that simulates a diverse range of lighting conditions. Although the provided renderings were executed in Sketchup, they convey the building's potential for showcasing modern architecture.
