Garrus Vakarian Head

I grabbed the head of this Garrus model, ripped from Mass Effect 2, and manually cranked up the resolution while keeping every detail intact using Blender. Before diving in, I used FreeCAD's OpenSCAD module to run mesh boolean operations, getting rid of all self-intersections in the process. Unfortunately, I forgot to include the tongue, so that got lost along the way - not that you'd be able to see it anyway. I ran a test print and Garrus looks a bit off without his visor, but he's still unmistakably him. Scale it up as much as you like; the mesh is high-poly enough that you'll notice the polywork when it's about a foot tall.
