I have printed this with a 0.8mm nozzle, so you can expect a smoother finish if printed with the most popular nozzle size, 0.4mm! It comes out pretty sturdy and strong, I'll admit, even stronger than the original plastic part. This arm rest part goes on to the same place as the original, you don't have to change anything, not even the same bolts, etc. leave it as is. There's no special print settings needed, I printed with 5 wall layers to get a stronger result, but you can do 2-3 walls also, that's up to your preference. Material-wise, I recommend PLA or PETG, but if you're talented enough to handle ABS, then go for it! Good luck! P.S. Please leave some feedback on how your print goes, are there any additional ideas or changes you'd suggest?
