Garmin Zumo 660 Rain Cover

Garmin Zumo 660 Rain Cover

I had to create my own protective rain cover for the Garmin Zumo 660 motorcycle mount because the official one is no longer available from Garmin, and I couldn't find a suitable replacement here. The pictures show early versions of my DIY project, which are printed in PLA so far - unfortunately, I'm not able to print with PETG. Luckily, I had an original cover to use as a reference, and that's what you see pictured, not my printed version. Ideally, this design needs an O-ring added to the central section to ensure a rain-tight seal. On the final version, I've made the O-ring channel wider and longer to make it easier to fit over the pins. I obtained continuous O-ring material from a local motor parts supplier and cut a length that I superglued into place. Feel free to modify this design, adjust it as needed, and upload your improved version back here on Thingiverse. This final version also features tags with holes for added security to prevent theft.
