I use a 22 mm carbon fiber accessory mount in front of my handlebar, so the original tapered version wouldn't work for me. To resolve this issue, I've remixed the design to reduce the inner diameter and provide a wider base to ensure it adheres properly to the print bed. Printing upside-down with supports is an option, but a good printer should be able to print right-side up without any issues, resulting in a better surface finish on top. I've also added a second version with offset to allow for easy plugging of the charging cable while mounted. This modification will be especially useful for those who plan longer rides or all-day backpacking trips, as the Vivoactive 3 only has enough battery life for half a day when GPS is enabled. Currently untested, I may upload an updated version with a slightly wider diameter to accommodate rubber shims in the future.
