Garmin Virb Ultra light case
thingiverse
This case is remarkably lighter than its waterproof counterpart, tipping the scales at roughly half the weight. When riding my full-face helmet-equipped mountain bike, I strap it snugly under the visor, where it stays firmly in place even during intense maneuvers. My Virb has withstood several harrowing crashes without so much as a wiggle, thanks to this case's secure design. The mount grants effortless access to all controls and ports, eliminating the need for frequent removal - except when swapping out the SD card or battery, of course. However, mounting and dismounting the case may leave faint scuffs on your prized Virb, so sensitive owners might want to exercise caution. Its creators crafted this protective housing with precision, employing tight tolerances that eliminate the need for additional hardware to keep everything in place. Update: I've added a thin layer of protection around the lens for added peace of mind. When inserting the Virb into its mount, be mindful of the protective ring's proximity to the glass - it may rub against the lens if not handled carefully.
