Garmin Virb Go Pro Adapter

If you have e.g. a helmet mount for a Garmin Virb this will allow you to use it for a GoPro or other device that needs a GoPro mount in my case an insta360 camera. The adapter is not large enough for the Garmin mount ring to rotate round it so you need to pad with a bit of tape until you get the right result when its tightened up. Remixed from one of the parts in thing 649261 but the search isn't working at the moment for me to put this in the right place.
