Garmin Varia Rack Mount

Garmin Varia Rack Mount

This is a simple adapter to mount a Garmin Varia rear radar/light to an Axiom Streamliner rear bike rack with two vertical bolt holes 19mm apart and about 5.5mm in diameter. I presume this fits standard CPSC-mandated reflectors and so should fit many other racks and brackets. This uses a third party quarter turn mount/puck to fit Garmin Edge computers. I have a few spares from front mounts. These particular ones have horizontal mounting holes 22mm apart. The model will need to be modified to fit the Garmin OEM mount/puck. Also needed are: * Screws to fit the quarter turn mount. Two M3x10mm flathead screws in this case. * Nuts to fit the above screws * Screws to fit the rack: Two M5x12mm socket cap screws. * And nuts to fit them too. * Optional tether to fit around quarter turn mount. This can be printed with no supports. If using nylock nuts, the nut holes can round out, so be sure to run the bolts through the nuts first so they are not too tight.
