This was specifically designed for a customized setup on my friend's mountain bike, where he needed to space out the Garmin device just enough so that the charging cable could fit snugly in place. It's all about accommodating the Garmin zip tie mount, which requires a piece of inner tube to be positioned under the mount itself for added support and stability.
