Garmin Striker 4 (4CV, Plus CV) Shuttle
cults3d
This shuttle designed for the Striker 4 Plus CV But should also be able to fit the Regular 4, 4CV as well. Used with the Striker 4 Swivel Mount (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07C3TBGTM?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details) Box design to keep the battery out of the elements. Designed with the Milwaukee Battery adapter to fit I believe any Milwaukee battery (I used a 6.0 AH which if I'm not mistaken is the same size as a 12.0AH. This is the Specific one I used (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09GJJLZCK?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details). Box was designed in 3 parts to avoid excessive supports needed. Main box, Top cover and back cover. All threads are M6x1 right hand except the screws to fasten the Top Tray Cover and Back Tray Cover M4x0.7. My plan is to have a knob style screws holding back of box for easy removal if needed to change the battery on the ice. Where the Ducer sits I added a drain to avoid water sitting inside when moving. I use a Ender 3 V2 Neo to print with a bed of 250mmx220mm,220mm and everything can be printed on a printer with a bed at least that size. I have printed previous design at 15% infill and 3MM walls. The amount of time for completion obviously depends on how you choose to print (Speed, Nozzle, width, etc. . ). I believe the Box took me 6 hrs. Ducer cord wraps on the hooks on the outside and power cords inside. I'm a better designer than a expert at 3D printing but I have found slowing print down gives me better results. If you have any questions Cults messaging center is not very well organized nor gives me notifications so please email me at DNLDesignssales@gmail.com. I have also added a second version of the Box with a 22MM hole to add this button I found on amazon for a on and off switch. . . https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09CTPFN8W?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details I have loaded both the STL and the 3MF depending on your preference. This is for personal use only, please do not share files. I will keep designing new ice fishing items when I can based on what I feel is needed and works best. Thank you for your business and support. Hardware. . . (4) 20MM x 4MM - Backplate (4) 25MM x 4MM - Top Plate (4) 25MM x 6MM - Legs (Threads go all the way through so you have the option to make longer and use a nut if you choose) (2) 40MM x 6MM - Handle (3) 15MM x 4MM - Battery Adapter
